Who’s New on What Now?

What Now is getting double the trouble this Sunday morning, when it welcomes TWO new faces into the studio presenting team!

The announcement comes after the 10 week Charge In For Charlie process, which saw the kids of New Zealand vote for their favourite presenter to take over the long-running, much loved host Charlie Panapa.

This Sunday morning's What Now show (Sunday TV2, 8am) reveals the surprising twist in the presenting team when both Adam Percival (from Christchurch) and Longi 'Ronnie' Taulafo (from Auckland) are introduced to their fans and welcomed into the What Now world.

'This is an awesome opportunity and my dream job awaits me', says Adam, after learning of his surprise career change from broadcasting student to TV presenter.  'And the best bit is, I get to enjoy the experience with a new mate too!'

'Big ups to all my supporters who voted for me, I can't wait to hang out with you every Sunday morning.  It has been a crazy experience, with more awesome, gungey craziness ahead with Gem, Adam and I, so thanks for choosing me to be part of it!' says Ronnie.  He comes to What Now after working at Youthtown in Auckland.

Both lads have a keen interest in sports, music and the world of television and are ready for anything What Now has to give them.  To get through the presenter search process, both Adam and Ronnie have wrangled animals, polar plunged into icy water, played games with children and even bungee jumped to help win over their fans!

'Adam and Ronnie have proven they have what it akes and we are excited about having them join the What Now family.  The whole team are looking forward to the awesome antics they will bring to the show!'  Producer Reuben Davidson says of the new line up.

Wake up, get up, tune in and get ready to go this Sunday morning, as What Now says goodbye to Charlie and welcome a whole new world of fun as TWO new presenters join the team!
